What is The Wiener Ball?

The Wiener Ball is a Viennese debutant ball. The ball is a gala which will be opened with an opening dance performed by the debutant couples.

 How can I attend the ball?

You are more than welcome to attend the Wiener Ball for which you will need a valid admission ticket. You can purchase an admission ticket on the website via “Tickets”.

What is the dress code at the Wiener Ball?

The dress code for all guests of the Wiener Ball is “White tie”, i.e. white tie and tails for the men and a ball gown for the ladies.

 What kind of admission tickets are there?

There are admission tickets with and without box seats. The boxes provide the perfect view on the dance floor.

For the boxes it is also possible to order a combination ticket which includes:

• Admission ticket
• Three-course dinner including water, suitable wine pairing and coffee or tea
• Box seat including a glass of champagne and a program book

How many persons does a box consist of?

10 seats

Can I book an arrangement for a group?

Yes, this is possible. There are also combination tickets available for groups with a private box for 10 people.

Can I book a dinner prior to the start of the ball?

Yes, it is possible to purchase a dinner and admission tickety:

• Dinner and admission Wiener Ball – €190.- per person: three-course dinner, suitable wine pairing and water and admission tot the ball. This admission ticket is without seat reservation.

The dinner will start at 6 PM.

How can I book an overnight stay in the hotel?

After purchasing an admission ticket for the ball, you will receive an email with a link with which you will go to a separate reservations webpage from Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin. The price for a room is tailored to you as a ball guest. You will receive a discount and it is possible to book a maximum of two nights.

Can I participate as a debutant?

Debutants need to be between 18 and 26 years old. Many debutants are nominated. It is possible to register yourself or someone else as a debutant which can be done via this link. When the maximum number of debutants is reached, you will be placed on a waitlist, or your registration can be passed on to the next year.

Can I, as a non-debutant, also take a dancing lesson?

A dancing lesson can be organized for ball guests who are interested in this. In case of interest, send an email to info@wienerball.nl to get more information about dates and locations.
