During the 56th edition of the Vienna Ball, money was raised for charity through an auction and tombola. This year, the beneficiary was the Scarabee Day Centre Foundation. On 16 June, the Stichting Oostenrijkse Cultuur in Nederland formally handed over a total of €9,480 to the Scarabee Day Centre Foundation. This took place at the Oegstgeest Village Centre. A delegation from the board of the Stichting Oostenrijkse Cultuur in Nederland was present, as well as Jill Stokkermans from Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin and a delegation from the Scarabee Day Centre Foundation.
